Swimming Pools

Information related to the installation of new in-ground pools and the decommissioning of existing in-ground pools.

Four sets of each are required as part of the drawing requirements for new pools:

1. A Legal Land Survey
2. A Site Plan scaled 1/8 = 1” showing the pool, setbacks and protective fencing around the pool
3. Signed and Sealed Structural Drawings of the pool
4. Schedule B from a Structural and Geotechnical Engineer
5. Confirmation of Liability Form from the Engineer(s)
6. Proof of Insurance from the Engineer(s)

Please Note: Additional drawings or documentation may be requested by the City of North Vancouver.
