There are two options to speak at a Public Hearing/Meeting. Choose either In Person or Electronically.
In Person
To speak In Person, on the day of the Public Hearing/Meeting, a sign-up sheet will be available on the table outside the Council Chamber 30 minutes prior to the start of the Council meeting. Enter City Hall through the doors at the southwest corner of the building (off 13th Street) within 30 minutes before the start of the meeting.
Electronically
To speak electronically via Webex (i.e. via computer, phone or mobile device), you must pre-register using the form below by 12:00 noon on the day of the Public Hearing/Meeting.
Please review the following:
- Complete all the fields and click “Submit”.
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to join the Public Hearing/Meeting on the afternoon before the Council meeting.
- You must be available to join or phone into the meeting 15-30 minutes before the start of the Council meeting.
- The Mayor will call on you when it's your turn to speak, you will be prompted to unmute yourself, and will then be connected to the meeting.
- You will have one opportunity to provide your comments, for up to five (5) minutes.
- Your name and address will be included in the public record and in the Minutes of the Public Hearing/Meeting.
Deadline to pre-register to speak electronically is 12:00 noon on the day of the Public Hearing/Meeting.
