The City of North Vancouver has received a Zoning Amendment application for 705 - 717 West 15th Street to rezone the parcel from Special Industrial (M-3) to a Comprehensive Development Zone to permit the development of a six storey, 63 unit mixed use residential building with approximately 4,200 square feet of ground floor commercial space.
February 2017 update: The applicant has revised their application to propose a four storey mixed use building, consisting of 53 residential units and approximately 3,800 square feet of ground floor commercial space. The building is to sit on top of one and one-half levels of underground parking to accommodate 87 parking stalls.
