Through the development of this site, the City acquired a 0.22-hectare parcel of land to create a new neighbourhood park in Central Lonsdale. A community engagement process took place in the fall of 2021 to gather input on the park’s design. This feedback helped inform the final park design. Construction on the park will begin in late summer 2024 and is anticipated to be completed in spring 2025.
During construction hours, street parking adjacent to the site will be restricted. City staff will work with Cressey Development Group throughout construction to minimize disruptions.
