To speak electronically during the Public Input Period of a Regular Council Meeting, please pre-register using the form below by 12:00 noon on the day of the meeting.
To register you must:
- complete all fields on the form and click “Submit”; and
- be available to join or phone into the meeting between 5:30 and 5:45pm on the day of the meeting.
You will receive login/call-in instructions via email/phone on Monday afternoon before the Council meeting.
When it’s your turn to speak:
- The Mayor will call on you and you will be connected to the meeting.
- You will have up to two (2) minutes to provide your comments.
- Your name and address will be included in the public record and in the meeting minutes.
Please note, the deadline to pre-register is 12:00 noon on the day of the meeting. There is a limit of five (5) speakers for public input.
