RED East 16th Limited Partnership and RED Twelve E16 Adera Projects Ltd. has submitted an application to amend the Official Community Plan and rezone the property to allow the construction of two residential buildings. One building is proposed at 12 storeys with a total of 115 residential units (63 of which are rental and 52 are market strata), and one building at 6 storeys with a total of 133 residential units (all of which are rental). Parking for vehicles will be provided in underground levels.
