1220 St Georges Avenue

The City has received a development application from St. Georges Projects Ltd. for 1220 St. Georges Avenue to rezone the subject property to support the development of a six storey, 58 unit rental apartment building. The proposed building sits on top of one level of underground parking for 32 vehicles and 87 secured bike stalls.
