Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership has submitted a Development Application to rezone 1441 St. Georges Avenue to upgrade the existing mixed-use building with 80 rental dwelling units including the addition of 9 rental dwelling units. The application further proposes a new 23 storey mixed-use building, on the western portion of the site, with 166 rental dwelling units above commercial space fronting East 15th Street. The height of the proposed building is 68 meters which complies with the Official Community Plan. The proposed Floor Space Ratio (FSR) is 6.29 times the lot area, including density transfers from the Civic Plaza (120-141 West 14th Street) and from the Foot of Lonsdale (101-105 Carrie Cates Court) totaling 2.29 FSR.
Project approved by Council on October 23, 2017.
