Siegrist Architecture Inc. has submitted an application to rezone the property to allow for the construction of one residential building.  The building is proposed at six (6) storeys with a total of 55 rental units (49 are proposed to be market-rental units and six (6) are proposed to be mid-market rental units). Parking for 33 vehicles will be provided in two, underground levels and accessed from the rear lane.
