The City has received a development application from Nacel Properties Ltd. for 250 East 15th Street to rezone the property to permit the development of two 12-storey and one 6-storey residential rental buildings with 281 rental units, including 28 mid-market units. The proposal includes two levels of underground parking with 266 parking spaces, and 474 secure bicycle parking spaces, accessed from the lane to the west. The proposal also includes the delivery of a City owned park on the northeast portion of the site.
