The City of north Vancouver has received an Zoning amendment application for 309-311 West 1st Street to rezone the parcel from Comprehensive Development 574 (CD-574) to another Comprehensive Development Zone to permit the development of a six storey, mixed use development consisting of 50 rental apartment units and approximately 332 square metres (3,570 square feet) of ground floor commercial space. This proposal is over two levels of underground parking containing 34 parking spaces.
Project approved by Council on October 1, 2018.
