Howl-o-ween at The Shipyards 

October 26, 1-5 p.m. 
Get ready for some spooktacular fun at The Shipyards! Join us for Howl-o-ween at the Shipyards – an afternoon of performances by the SuperDogs, live music, workshops by Vancouver Circus School, a zombie flash mob and more!  Have a four-legged friend? There will be doggie costume contests taking place throughout the event, so dress your pup in their best Halloween outfit for a chance to win prizes.

North Vancouver City Library: STEAM craft: Light-up 3D monsters 

October 17, 4 p.m. 
For youth 8–12 years old, join NVCL for this hands-on STEAM craft session where youth will create a 3D light-up monster.

Loutet Farm: Pumpkin Patch and Community Market

October 19, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Join Loutet Farm for their annual pumpkin patch fundraiser and final market of the season. Choose a pumpkin, shop for fresh produce, enjoy live music, and check out local vendors.

North Vancouver City Library: Terrible Teddies

October 22, 3 p.m. 
Flex your creative muscles and build your own terrible teddy! These huggable monstrosities will be unique and right from your own imagination because we’ll be creating this project as we go, one step at a time!

Ghostly Galleries at MONOVA: Halloween Torchlight Scavenger Hunt

October 23rd - October 27th, October 30th, 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. (included with admission) 
Experience MONOVA’s Permanent Gallery in a whole new ‘light’- or lack thereof - this Halloween! Grab your flashlight to search for clues, solve puzzles, and uncover a secret message from the ghosts of North Vancouver. This family friendly experience includes a flashlight scavenger hunt, festive crafts and tricks or treats.

MONOVA: Create & Connect: Día de Los Muertos

October 27, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Join MONOVA for a screening of “Coco” at noon, enjoy Latin-inspired crafts, and savour delicious treats from “Los Elotes” food truck (Mexican-style corn). Bring a photo for our community ‘ofrenda’ and honour your passed loved ones and their lives.

North Vancouver City Library: Hallo-(t)ween party

October 29, 3:30 p.m.  
Join NVCL for a Hallo-(t)ween party, exclusively for tweens in grades 5 to 7. Make spooky masks, play halloween-themed games, enjoying snacks and drinks and designing miniature pumpkins all to get us in the creeper spirit!

North Vancouver City Library: Halloween Toddler storytime

Trick or Treat in Lower Lonsdale

October 31 from 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Join in on a hauntingly fun trick-or-treat experience~ Look for black and orange signage to discover over 60 participating businesses handing out sweet treats to all the little ghouls and goblin. Enjoy live music, dance performances and a zombie flash mob!
