Application for heritage revitalization and rezoning of 311 W 14th Street to protect the heritage building and permit the development of a duplex infill building with lock off suites at the rear of the lot and allow for a secondary suite in the heritage home. In total 4 parking stalls are proposed as required by the Zoning Bylaw and bonus density is proposed to offset the cost of heritage preservation, as per the Bonus Density and Community Benefit Policy.
